Role Overview

We are seeking a highly versatile Senior IT Business Analyst / IT Project Manager to support global technology initiatives across APAC, Europe, and North America.
This hybrid role requires strong capability in business analysis, cross‑functional coordination, requirements management, project execution, and stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience delivering solutions built on Oracle, Salesforce, and/or ServiceMax, and is comfortable working across time zones supporting global teams and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Requirements Leadership

• Lead end‑to‑end requirements workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs with global business SMEs.
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and future‑state process flows.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and ensure alignment with solution & architecture teams.
• Evaluate change impacts and collaborate with business partners on process harmonization and standardization.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between business teams, IT developers, QA, and external partners.

2. Project / Program Management

• Partner with Product teams to define project scope, develop schedules, manage financials, oversee RAID logs, and deliver clear communication and status reporting.
• Lead the end‑to‑end demand intake process, including business requests, solution assessments, change request management, and governance approvals.
• Manage project resources and assign tasks effectively using PlanView (PPM tool).
• Review contractual scope of work and assess estimation and resourcing requirements to ensure feasibility.
• Submit vendor Statements of Work (SOWs) via TSM (Technology Spend Management) and maintain accurate tracking of actual vs. planned project financials.
• Coordinate with external vendors (SI Partners) and internal Product Owners to secure required resources and cost estimates.
• Ensure delivery from SI partners and internal teams meets scope, budget, timelines, and contractual commitments.
• Communicate project status updates to IT Business Leads and senior management and support the preparation of monthly operational review reports, including financial updates.
• Lead UAT planning and execution, including scenario design, defect triage, and securing business sign‑off.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional global stakeholders to manage cutover planning, migration readiness, and hypercare stabilization activities.
• Ensure all project documentation adheres to PMO standards, audit requirements, and compliance obligations.

3. Cross‑Functional & Global Collaboration

• Work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, Service, and Data teams across regions.
• Provide APAC coverage, with ability to support EU and NA key meetings when necessary.
• Manage vendor interactions (Oracle, Salesforce/ServiceMax integrators, SI partners).
• Communicate technical and functional changes in business‑friendly language.

4. Technology & Domain Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, or support solutions in Oracle Cloud ERP,Data Analytics, Salesforce, and ServiceMax ecosystems.
• Review and validate functional designs, integrations, data mapping, and test plans.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise application architecture, data governance, and security/control frameworks.
• Support root‑cause analysis for issues and drive continuous improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• 8–12 years of combined IT Business Analyst and/or IT Project Management experience.
• Strong experience delivering projects involving Oracle ERP, Salesforce, or ServiceMax, Data Analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead scope discussions, requirements elaboration, and cross‑functional workshops.
• Experience working in global programs and collaborating across multiple time zones.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive‑level reporting.
• Familiarity with project/SDLC methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).
• Tools: Jira/Azure DevOps, MS Project/Smartsheet, Confluence/SharePoint, Visio/Lucid.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with process domains such as Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Service Management, Field Operations, or Financials.
• Hands‑on involvement in data migration, integrations, testing cycles, and cutover planning.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to communicate both technical and non-technical project aspects to business stakeholders.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, CSM/SAFe, ITIL.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of Project Management experience, delivery focused and leading several offshore/onshore teams and third‑party vendors.
