Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic IT Support Executive for a field-based role. The candidate will be responsible for providing on-site IT support, assisting in testing activities, and supporting sales teams with technical requirements, especially within the BFSI domain.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide on-site IT support to clients across locations

* Handle installation, configuration, and trouble shooting of hardware/software

* Support Testing & Sales teams with technical demonstrations and issue resolution

* Assist in pre-sales and post-sales technical activities

* Work closely with clients in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector

* Maintain service reports and ensure timely issue resolution

* Travel to client locations as per business requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Basic to advanced knowledge of IT hardware, networking, and software support

* Experience or exposure to Testing / Sales Support activities

* Understanding of BFSI domain will be an added advantage

* Good communication and client-handling skills

* Ability to work independently in a **field environment**

* Willingness to travel locally
