IT Service Management Representative

Project Role : IT Service Management RepresentativeProject Role Description : Manage delivery for IT production systems and services. Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available. Must have skills : Cloud Based Service Management Process DesignGood to have skills : NAMinimum 3 year(s) of experience is requiredEducational Qualification : 15 years full time educationSummary: As an IT Service Management Representative, you will manage the delivery for IT production systems and services. Your role will involve supporting the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing risk to services. You will provide operational support, ensuring that production systems and devices are online and available. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Cloud Based Service Management Process Design. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Ensure client satisfaction by delivering IT production systems and services. - Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle. - Manage risk to services. - Provide operational support to ensure production systems and devices are online and available. - Collaborate with team members to provide solutions to work-related problems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Based Service Management Process Design. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and processes. - Experience with incident management, problem management, and change management. - Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices. - Experience with service level agreements (SLAs) and service level management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy. - Familiarity with IT infrastructure and networking concepts. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Cloud Based Service Management Process Design. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
