Job Description
Assembling of PC,Laptop.
Installation & Troubleshooting of Software & Hardware Devices.
Installation & Troubleshooting of Operating System.
Configuration of Domain & Workgroup.
Configuration of ADS, DNS, Wins, DHCP, IIS,IAS, Profiles, Group Policy .
Configuration of VPN.
Installation & Configuration Router, Bluetooth.
Handling all desktop related problems.
Handling the FTP sharing and permission on Windows Server 2003/2008/2012/2019.
Resolve problems related to Windows OS (Windows XP, Windows 7, 10, 11)
Installing, configuring Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013 and Outlook Express, Thunder Bird.
Handing Problems related to POP3 and SMTP
Solving mail related issues at client level.
(Aspect, Quick Heal antivirus, java software, SCCM, MS-Office, Oracle 10g on client,SQL,Autocad,Creo,SAP)
Providing end-user network connectivity and configuration support.
Installing & configuring network printers and local printers.
Vendor management for hardware problem.
Preparing PC for new User as per company policy.
Record installation of all new machines, movement within site/location changes in
Configuration / upgrade of machines.
Office 365. One drive, MS Team, Share point, Outlook,Microsoft Dynamics nav,
