Job Description
1) Job involves knowledge and management of Server, server node configuration, Backup system, firewall and resolution of network related issues, troubleshooting, Management of ERP, Resolving Erp related issues.
2) Knowledge and management of E-mail domain, EPBX system, CCTV, maintenance and management of all IT related assets, (including mobile handset and connection, internet connection, etc.)
3) Responsible for billing system of mobile bills, internet bills, Biometric system management and maintenance, Employee portal, Vendor management, resolution of internet related issues, biometric system related issues, ISO documentation.
