The Opportunity

We’re seeking a IT Technical Analyst responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, supporting and enhancing enterprise applications, and ensuring stable, efficient system operations. This role works closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver reliable technology solutions aligned with organizational goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and gather functional and technical requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, solution designs, and test scenarios
• Provide application support, including issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution of production incidents
• Support and/or lead system enhancements, integrations, and small-to-medium IT projects
• Coordinate with development teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners to deliver solutions
• Create, execute, and document test scripts; validate solutions against business requirements
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, change management processes, and security policies
• Document system configurations, processes, and support procedures
• Provide user support, training, and knowledge transfer as required
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and user satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Technical Analyst, IT Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise applications
• Strong experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and specifications
• Proven ability to support and enhance complex IT systems and integrations
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
• Experience with enterprise applications (e.g. ERPs, CRM, big data platforms), integrations, data flows and governance frameworks.
• Experience leading or supporting application development and enhancement initiatives
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or DevOps methodologies
• Experience creating and executing advanced test strategies and managing defect resolution
• Experience in Supply Chain/Procurement/Manufacturing/Finance a plus.
• Experience with Snowflake, Azure ADF, SQL, Python, MS Purview, Power BI a plus
• Experience with SAP or Oracle a plus
