• Bilingual – Japanese (JLPT N2), English (Business level). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a quick learning ability. • Good interpersonal skills and teamwork. • Learn SAP functional skills in areas such as SD, FICO, MM, PP, PS, or PM (Plant Maintenance). • Comprehensive classroom-based training followed by on-the-job training will be provided. • Assume a consultant role in ongoing SAP implementation or AMS projects. • Communicate and coordinate with the onsite team/client team for project execution. • Understand the implementation lifecycle using SAP and apply it to project execution. • Gather and document business requirements through client interviews and other research. • Collaborate with clients to develop and document business solutions, ensuring requirements are met. • Create design and configuration documentation for the modules being implemented. • Configure SAP modules based on design requirements. • Assist in the solution, documentation, and testing of technical enhancements to SAP, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows. • Prepare training materials and work instructions to train end users and jointly test the delivered solutions. • Prepare and present updates and other presentation materials to internal teams, client teams, and executive leadership throughout the project.
