Education Qualification(s): 10th pass (ITI/Diploma preferred)

Job Description:

• Accept allocated Fiber/AirFiber installation and service requests, in time
• Install Air Fiber solution as per the training and laid down guidelines/ process
• Ensure world class customer experience, compliance and quality
• Understand and provide resolution to customer issues
• Acquire new customers and increase earning potential

Skills and Competencies:

• Basic English Reading
• Valid ID proof, Aadhar (Mandatory)
• Comfortable with Smartphone Usage
• Customer Handling Skills
• Basic Tool Knowledge (Drill, pliers, etc.)
• Self-starter and motivate
