Jr. Accountant

Job Title: Accountant (Field + Office Role)

Location: Kholapur within 250/300 km

(15 days work from office + 15 days site visits)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and flexible Accountant who is willing to work in a hybrid role involving both office-based accounting work and on-site financial support. The role requires spending 15 days in the office and 15 days at project/site locations , with accommodation, food, and travel arrangements provided by the company during site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Work (15 days/month):

Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records

Prepare invoices, vouchers, and billing statements

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance

Perform bank reconciliations and expense tracking

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

Site Work (15 days/month):

Manage on-site accounting and cash flow tracking

Verify expenses, bills, and vendor payments at site

Maintain daily expense reports and site accounts

Coordinate with project/site managers for financial updates

Ensure proper documentation and compliance at site

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred)

1–5 years of accounting experience (freshers with strong knowledge may apply)

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel)

Willingness to travel and stay at site locations for 15 days/month

Skills Required:

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work independently at site locations

Basic problem-solving ability
