• Billing and Dispensing of drugs as per prescription. • Responsible for arranging drugs in the shelf in alphabetical order. • Expiry Replacement. • Maintaining necessary records. • Monitoring inflow & out flow of material. • Monitoring bounces and taking necessary actions. • Allotment of stock racks to the staff for physical stock verification to the computer. • Ensure purchase requirements send to the purchase department on time. • Return of rejected materials. • Daily reporting to pharmacy In charge. • Maintaining temperature log book. • To keep a record of all the drugs which are under drug license Act and under schedule – H drugs &indents them properly. • Any other task assigned to you time to time by the management.
