Job Description

  • 🧾 Job Title: Accounts Executive / Junior Accountant🔹 Job ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime
  • Maintain sales, purchase, receipt, and payment vouchers
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, cash book, ledgers, and balance sheets
  • Handle GST entries and basic GST compliance support
  • Manage vendor payments, invoices, and petty cash
  • Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts
  • Coordinate with auditors and management for financial reports
  • 🧠 Required Skills & KnowledgeProficiency in Tally Prime
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (Debit/Credit, Trial Balance, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
  • (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good communication and record-keeping skills
