Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Summary: 

Yoga Group is looking for a Junior Accountant with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Tally Prime, GST, and day-to-day accounting. The candidate must be from a commerce background, fluent in English and Marathi, and preferably have experience in the medical industry. Only candidates living within 5–10 km of Shivajinagar, Pune will be preferred.

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Enter purchase bills in Tally 

- Maintain purchase register 

- Generate sales bills and manage sales entries 

- Handle petty cash entries and reporting 

- Maintain accounting records for multiple firms 

- Scan, file, and arrange all documents 

- Create commercial documents such as PO, invoice, delivery challan, and E-way bill 

- Maintain proper filing and documentation system 

- Month End Closing

Requirements: 

- Graduate (Commerce preferred) 

- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting 

- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime 

- Knowledge of GST, taxation, and E-way bills 

- Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Word 

- Fluent in English, Marathi & Hindi 

- Previous experience in medical field will be added advantage

- Must live within 5–10 km of Shivajinagar, Pune

- Proactive, punctual, and a good team player 

- Strong communication and presentation skills 

- Well-organized and capable of handling multiple firms' data 

- Efficient in documentation and record management
