Junior Accountant

Handle daily accounting entries (purchase, sales, expenses, journal entries).

Maintain accounts payable & receivable and follow up on pending payments.

Prepare and reconcile bank statements and petty cash.

Manage GST entries, vendor invoices, and ensure compliance.

Assist in month-end closing, stock reconciliation, and factory expense reports.

Coordinate with the factory manager for inventory, production costs, and material usage details.

Support in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and data for audits.

Maintain accurate documentation for all accounts-related activities.
