Full job description - Working from developer sites
2 days work from home +4 days site work
Monday Week off
Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in and phone inquiries at the sales
Present and explain residential/ commercial real estate project offerings to clients
Maintain visitor records and follow up with leads
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
Assist in documentation, brochures, and marketing materials
Ensure professional and warm client experience
Required Skills:
Good communication in English & Hindi Marathi
Presentable and confident personality
Basic computer & email handling skills
Interest in sales/client interaction
Knowledge of real estate is a plus (training can be provided)
Job Type: Full-time
Supplemental Pay: Extra Bonus Every month depending on performance
Incentives - Individual closing deal
Work Location: West Pune ( project located in Hinjewadi, Wakad, Balewadi, Baner, Bavdhan)
