Junior Sales Executive (Female)

* Lead Management: Effectively follow up on inbound leads and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

 * Sales Conversion: Use strong negotiation and convincing skills to turn potential prospects into long-term customers.

 * Communication: Clearly explain product specifications and company services to clients in their preferred language (English, Hindi, or Marathi).

 * Documentation: Handle sales-related correspondence, prepare quotations, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

 * Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business.

 * Reporting: Provide daily/weekly updates on lead status and conversion progress to the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 * Education: B Tech / BE Civil Engineering, MBA Marketing preferable 

 * Language Fluency: Must be highly proficient in speaking and writing English, Hindi, and Marathi.

 * Communication: Exceptional verbal communication with a polite and professional tone.

 * Convincing Power: A natural ability to influence decisions and handle objections confidently.

 * Technical Aptitude: Willingness to learn about the Aluminum formwork industry and explain technical products to customers.

 * Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, disciplined, and a quick learner.
