Kannada/Telugu Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Kannada/Telugu Telecaller with 0–1 year of experience in a voice or sales process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be fluent in Kannada, Telugu, English, and Hindi. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, assisting customers, and promoting company services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services/products.
• Handle inbound customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with customers.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the system.
• Fluency in Kannada, Telugu, English, and Hindi.
• Graduate (Preferred)
• 0–1 year of experience in Voice Process / Telecalling / Sales.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
