Job Title: SailPoint IdentityNow/IIQ Lead

Overview:  We are looking for an experienced SailPoint IdentityNow/IIQ Architect/Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will implement and maintain cloud-based identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow, helping clients manage and secure their digital identities effectively. Should have some leadership experience.

ISC/IIQ certification preferred.

 

• Collaborate with clients to understand their identity governance and administration needs.
• Design, configure, and deploy SailPoint IdentityNow solutions to meet client requirements.
• Engage in the configuration and management of connectors to integrate IdentityNow with various systems and applications.
• Customize identity workflows, role definitions, and policies within IdentityNow to ensure alignment with client security policies.
• Conduct access reviews, certifications, and compliance reporting using IdentityNow.
• Provide technical support and resolve issues related to IdentityNow implementations.
• Offer training and guidance to client teams on the best practices for use and administration of SailPoint solutions.
• Contribute to the overall security architecture with identity and access management best practices.
• Keep up with the latest developments in SailPoint IdentityNow functionalities and related technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrable experience with SailPoint IdentityNow implementations.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience with APIs, RESTful web services, and SaaS integrations.
• Understanding of identity lifecycle management and access request processes.
• Familiarity with scripting languages for automation, such as PowerShell, Python, or Java.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle client interactions effectively.
