Job Title: SailPoint IdentityIQ Consultant

Overview : We are seeking a skilled and experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ Specialist to join our IT security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing our identity governance program using SailPoint's IdentityIQ platform. This role involves designing, configuring, and supporting identity management solutions that ensure secure access to systems and data.

 

• Design and implement identity governance and administration solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  Configure and maintain integration connectors to various systems and applications.
  
• Develop and enforce identity management workflows for user lifecycle processes (provisioning, de-provisioning, and modifications).
  Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements through effective identity governance controls.
  
• Manage access request and approval processes.
  Oversee periodic access certification campaigns to ensure appropriate access levels.
  
• Define and manage roles and policies within the IdentityIQ system.
  Implement role-based access control (RBAC) models.
  
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IdentityIQ-related issues.
  Collaborate with IT and security teams to address and resolve incidents.
  
• Generate and maintain reports on access controls and identity governance metrics.
  Document system configurations and operational procedures.
  Stay updated with industry best practices and SailPoint product updates.
  Recommend and implement improvements to enhance identity and access management processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrable experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience with APIs, RESTful web services.
• Understanding of identity lifecycle management and access request processes.
• Familiarity with scripting languages for automation, such as PowerShell, Python, or Java.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle client interactions effectively.
