Kitchen Assistant

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations at Five Star Chicken Cafe. The role includes taking customer orders, food preparation, cooking support, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Take customer orders accurately (counter/online as required)

Assist in food preparation (cutting, marinating, assembling items)

Cook and fry menu items as per Five Star standards

Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation consistency

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations

Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling guidelines

Manage basic stock and inform supervisor of low inventory

Support timely order dispatch for dine-in and delivery platforms
