Job DescriptionWe are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations at The Third Space. The role involves assisting the chef, preparing basic food items, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring smooth kitchen workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the chef in food preparation and basic cooking
• Prepare simple continental dishes, fast food, and basic desserts
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, utensils, and storage areas
• Handle basic food prep like chopping, plating, and garnishing
• Help with stock management and ingredient preparation
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Support during busy hours and events

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations
• Experience in cafés or restaurants preferred (but not mandatory)
• Willingness to learn and work as a team
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and discipline in the kitchen
• Passion for food and hospitality
