Role Summary

• Handle daily kitchen operations including food preparation and cooking
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, billing support, stock maintenance, and food safety standards
• Ability to learn quickly and prepare orders independently after training

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of Indian snacks (samosa, kachori, chaat, paratha, etc.)
• Basic cooking, frying, and prep work
• Prepare and serve orders accurately after training
• Maintain café and kitchen cleanliness and utensil hygiene
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with ingredient preparation, storage, and basic billing if required
