Key Skills:

• Rack & Stack / Hardware Deployment

• IT Infrastructure Support (Servers & Networking)

• OS Reimaging & Configuration

• Test & Live Migration Support

• L3 Troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities:

·        Act as remote hands & eyes for project teams

·        Build, rack & stack local hardware

·        Reimage and configure test PCs

·        Support test and live migrations

·        Respond to IT infrastructure queries

·        Troubleshoot L3-level issues

Skills Required:

·        IT infrastructure (Servers, Networking, Hardware)

·        OS imaging and configuration (Windows/Linux)

·        Migration support experience

·        Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills
