Job Responsibilities:
Pattern making and fabric cutting as per design (for Cutting Master)
Stitching women’s ethnic garments (blouses, kurtis, dresses, co-ord sets)
Handling handloom, silk, cotton, and brocade fabrics
Ensuring high-quality finishing and fitting
Doing alterations and maintaining delivery timelines
Requirements:
3+ years experience in boutique or designer wear
Strong knowledge of garment construction
Clean finishing and attention to detail
Ability to understand designer instructions
Salary: As per skill and experience
Preferred: Candidates from Pune (Vishrantwadi / nearby areas)
