Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, you will engage in the innovative design and architecture of large language models that are capable of processing and generating natural language. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define model parameters, experimenting with various neural network architectures, and analyzing the performance of models trained on extensive datasets. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and optimizing model performance, ensuring that the solutions you develop meet the needs of diverse applications and user requirements. Your role will be pivotal in advancing the capabilities of natural language processing technologies within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in AI technologies.
- Continuously evaluate and implement best practices in model architecture and deployment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python API Management, API security, Python (Programming Language), Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs) , Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, AI Agents & Workflow Integration,AWS AI Services,Microsoft Azure AI foundry, Microsoft Azure Machine Learning, GCP-Google Cloud Vertex AI Vision Vertex AI
- Strong understanding of neural network design and optimization techniques.
- Experience with data preprocessing and handling large datasets for model training.
- Familiarity with cloud-based deployment of AI models and services.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
