Job Purpose: Lead - CX will own, coordinate and oversee the testing and commissioning activities for data centre projects. This role involves preparing & implementing testing plans, closely working with the team of engineers i.e. both internal & external stakehholders, CxA & fellow T&C people, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Ownership:

Owing T&C activities as per the schedule and ensuring RFS in timely fashion.

Coordination:

Manage the testing and commissioning team & activities, ensuring they align with project requirements and industry standards.

Plan Development:

Preparing & Implementing comprehensive testing and commissioning plans.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with project stakeholders to align schedules and activities.

Risk Management:

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for potential issues.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all activities adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.

Documentation:

Document testing and commissioning results, and prepare detailed reports for project records.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with various teams to address challenges during the testing and commissioning phase.

Industry Trends:

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing improvements as needed.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

Work Experience:

12-15 years of experience in the commissioning domain and 5 to 6 years in Data Centres industry

Proven track record in testing and commissioning activities

Experience in coordinating and leading testing teams

Certification:

CDCP certified data center professional (Preferred)
