Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telemarketer to join our team. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in telemarketing and sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our products/services, and generating leads to support our company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.

• Product Presentation: Effectively communicate the reason of the call and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads based on customer responses and interest levels.

• Data Entry: Accurately record call details, customer information, and feedback in our CRM system.

• Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for further engagement with interested prospects.

• Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets as set by the team.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Skills:

o Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone manner.

o Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

o Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain enthusiasm throughout calls.
