Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic and result-driven professional who can handle both Lead Generation and Field Sales. The role involves cold calling, field visits, client meetings, and closing sales, primarily targeting Gyms & Fitness Studios, along with Sports Academies.

  • Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation (Primary Focus)Conduct cold calling to generate qualified leads
  • Identify and connect with IT & Manufacturing companies in Pune
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
  • Schedule meetings for field visits and product presentations
  • 2. Sales & Business DevelopmentVisit and pitch to:
  • Gyms & Fitness Studios
  • Hotels & Resorts
  • Corporate Offices (IT & Manufacturing)
  • Residential Societies & Real Estate Developers
  • Schools, Colleges & Sports Academies
  • Present and demonstrate gym equipment
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly targets
  • 3. Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients
  • Ensure smooth coordination for installation & after-sales service
  • Build long-term relationships for repeat business
  • 4. Market IntelligenceTrack competitor activities and pricing trends
  • Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams
  • 5. Reporting & CoordinationMaintain daily call reports and field visit reports
  • Update CRM with lead status and sales pipeline
  • Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams

  • Eligibility Criteria:1+ year of relevant experience (Lead Generation / Field Sales / B2B Sales)
  • Experience in cold calling + field work is mandatory
  • Graduate / Diploma in any field
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Willingness to travel within Pune
  • Salary & Benefits:₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
