Lead Generation Executive

About the Role:

Kneesy is looking for a proactive and persuasive Pre-Sales Executive to manage and qualify incoming leads. The primary responsibility will be to call warm leads provided by the company, understand their intent, qualify them, and schedule consultations with our sales team.

This role is critical in ensuring high-quality prospects are moved forward in the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Call leads provided in Excel sheets on a daily basis
• Engage prospects over phone to understand their requirements and intent
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
• Book consultations/appointments for the core sales team
• Maintain accurate call notes and status updates
• Follow up with leads who require nurturing
• Ensure a high show-up rate for scheduled consultations

Requirements

• Prior experience in pre-sales, inside sales, telecalling, or lead qualification preferred
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Strong follow-up and objection-handling ability
• Comfortable working with Excel sheets and basic CRM tools
• Target-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle rejection professionally
