Job Title: Lead Generation Executive – US Sales Process (Night Shift)

Job Summary:

We are hiring driven, ambitious, and result-oriented Lead Generation Executives for our high-performance US sales campaign. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoy outbound and inbound calling, and are motivated by targets and incentives. Your primary goal will be to convert conversations into qualified leads and consistently deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound sales calls to US-based prospects
• Pitch company products/services confidently and persuasively
• Identify decision-makers and qualify leads effectively
• Handle objections, overcome resistance, and close for leads
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead targets
• Follow sales scripts while adding your own sales flair
• Maintain accurate call and lead data in CRM systems
• Deliver consistent performance in a target-driven environment

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
• Strong command of spoken English
• Sales mindset with hunger to earn incentives
• Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation preferred
• Freshers with strong communication and confidence are encouraged
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST)
• Comfortable with pressure, targets, and performance metrics
