Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sr. Lead Generation Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and networking
• Generate high-quality leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
• Track and report on lead generation performance

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and cold calling
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
