• Technical Leadership: Architect and oversee the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of SharePoint solutions (Online/On-Premise).
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and guide junior developers/admins; delegate tasks, monitor progress, and resolve conflicts.
• Solution Development: Build custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, SPFx, C#, JavaScript, .NET, and integrate with other systems via APIs.
• Strategy & Governance: Define technical standards, best practices, security protocols, and information architecture.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements, present prototypes, provide status updates, and translate technical details for business users.
• SDLC Management: Lead the full Software Development Life Cycle, from analysis and design to testing and deployment.
• Documentation: Create high-quality technical documents, design specs, and user guides.
