High Level Duties:
• Expertise in Payments/ financial Product implementation (e.g ACI, Fiserve, Finacle BANCS). Explore opportunities to implement them in NT Framework patterns.
• Coordinate with vendor to ensure application meet Cash operating standards - scalability, reliability, performance, DR failover, Clustering, Archival & Purging etc.
• Collaborate with stakeholders – business, product, infrastructure and others for a stable product in product.
• Automated Application monitoring –monitoring for application and its components availability, critical process has automated monitoring in place.
• Gain expertise in vended applications to support the business
• Continual process improvement. Strive to automate manual tasks and implement new versions of vended software and infrastructure components.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments.
Skills:
• Strong techno-functional exposure to managing vended application. Prior experience in implementation & development of the vended applications.
• Experience in vended Applications Liquidity Management Systems from Intellect, SAP desired. Experience on ACH and payment processing on vended application desired.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities –Effective Communicator, Leader, team player and problem solver.
• Experience in requirement gathering discussions, PWT, demo and GAP analysis
• Strong Knowledge of UNIX shell scripting and database.
• Prior experience in performance tuning and support
• Knowledge of authentication techniques like SAML, OAuth etc.
• Good Knowledge of Unix and Oracle database.
• Should be able to troubleshoot issues and provide solution to the development team.
• Should be able to multitask and meet
