Legal Adviser

• 5-7 years of experience in commercial assurance and contract management. Experience in handling global contract, specifically North American region. Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating diverse commercial contracts and addendums. Identify & mitigate the contractual and commercial risks.
• Well equipped with legal and regulatory policies and procedures. Ensure quality delivery and handle escalations. Ensure attention to detail to avoid any assumption or scope creep. Engage with Onshore clients, ensure customer satisfaction and timely reporting. Strong communication skills to liaison between cross functions. Good technical skills to operate MS Office tools. Support Timing - Support Timing EST Time zone but flexible to have up to 3 hours of overlap at least a few times a week.
