Job Description
Role Summary
Responsible for managing end-to-end life insurance operations, including MIS management, lead coordination, documentation processing, and stakeholder communication, ensuring smooth case movement from lead login to policy issuance with full compliance and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain MIS, Excel trackers, and operational reports.
- Follow up on life insurance leads and case progress.
- Coordinate with life insurance companies, DSAs, corporates, and clients for login, underwriting, and issuance.
- Manage documentation, KYC, medical requirements, and compliance.
- Prepare and share life insurance quotations/benefit illustrations.
- Execute the login-to-issuance process within defined TAT.
- Support renewals, endorsements, and service requests.
