Job Description – Commis II (Kerala Cafe)We are looking for a dedicated Commis II to join our kitchen team at Kerala Cafe. The ideal candidate should have a passion for South Indian cuisine and a willingness to learn and support daily kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and cooking dishes as per Kerala Cafe standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
- Support senior chefs in daily prep work
- Follow food safety and quality guidelines
Requirements:
- Basic culinary skills with prior kitchen experience preferred
- Knowledge of South Indian/Kerala cuisine is an advantage
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
