Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commis 1 / CDP specializing in Pan Asian cuisine. The position is based in Kothrud, Pune. The selected candidate will assist in preparing and cooking Pan Asian dishes, ensure adherence to hygiene and safety protocols, and support the kitchen team with day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include maintaining ingredient inventory, assisting in menu planning, and contributing to the continuous improvement of culinary offerings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation techniques and Culinary Skills, particularly in Pan Asian cuisine
• Experience in Cooking and knowledge of various cooking methods
• Strong focus on Hygiene and food safety standards
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain attention to detail
• Formal training or certification in Culinary Arts is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry is an advantage
