🧾 Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Listing Manager to manage property listings and ensure accurate and attractive property data across multiple platforms. The role involves coordinating with property owners, managing listing content, and handling lead data efficiently.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with property owners to collect complete and accurate property details.
• Ensure all required information is properly updated in the company’s database/Excel sheet.
• Collect property photos and videos from owners.
• Organize and maintain images/videos in a structured folder system.
• Create PDF files of property images for easy sharing and documentation.
• Post and manage property listings on platforms such as SEO,MagicBricks, 99acres, and OLX.
• Track and update incoming leads in the Excel tracker.
• Call and qualify leads to understand their requirements.
• Maintain updated records of lead status and follow-ups.

🎯 Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic understanding of real estate platforms is a plus

🎓 Qualification:

• Graduate in any field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply
