Job Title: Loan Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Loan Executive to assist customers in applying for loans and guide them through the entire loan process. The candidate will be responsible for generating loan leads, collecting documents, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, and ensuring smooth loan disbursement.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new loan customers through field work, referrals, and telecalling.
• Explain different loan products such as:

• Personal Loan
• Business Loan
• Home Loan
• Loan Against Property
• Vehicle Loan
• Assist customers in selecting the most suitable loan product.
• Collect and verify required documents from clients.
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and approval.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on loan applications.
• Achieve monthly loan targets assigned by the company.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and referral partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of banking and loan processes
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Customer handling ability
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email)
• QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Experience in finance, banking, or sales will be an advantage
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
