Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Sourcing new clients through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
• Client Engagement: Meeting customers to understand financial needs, explaining loan features (personal, home, car, gold), and offering suitable solutions.
• Sales Process: Managing the full cycle from initial contact to application submission, document collection, and closure.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meeting monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
