Job Description
Role Summary
Responsible for driving B2B loan sales through DSA and corporate channels across key retail and business loan products.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve loan disbursement targets across Home, Business, LAP, and other loan products.
- Build and manage relationships with DSAs, corporates, banks, and NBFCs.
- Manage end-to-end loan lifecycle from sourcing to disbursement.
- Monitor pipeline, conversions, and partner performance.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal credit policies.
- Prepare MIS and performance reports.
