Lounge Manager

Key Responsibilties

• Supervise daily café operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
• Maintain a positive and energetic lounge atmosphere aligned with Kiosk Kaffee’s brand image.
• Train, motivate, and manage front-line staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
• Manage cash handling, billing, and daily sales reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational policies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to execute in-store promotions or events.
• Achieve sales targets and optimize lounge profitability through effective resource management.
