Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of mechanical systems and machinery.
  • Diagnose faults and troubleshoot issues in equipment such as pumps, compressors, conveyors, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and SOPs.
  • Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.
  • Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, logs, and reports.
  • Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize downtime.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
  • Supervise technicians and maintenance staff when required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Participate in installation, commissioning, and upgrading of machinery.
