Maintenance Engineer

Core Role: Oversee the mechanical and electrical health of Flexo and Jumbo Offset printing presses.

On-Payroll Position: This is a full-time, permanent role with our internal team.

Scheduled Maintenance: Implement and follow a strict daily/weekly/monthly machine service calendar.

Breakdown Response: Troubleshoot and fix machinery failures immediately to minimize production downtime.

Preventive Care: Identify signs of wear and tear early to prevent expensive parts failures.

Mechanical Skills: Hands-on experience with gears, rollers, pneumatics, and hydraulic systems.

Electrical Knowledge: Basic understanding of industrial electronics, sensors, and motor controls.

Training Provided: We will provide specific training on our specialized printing machinery on the job.

Inventory Control: Track and manage critical spare parts to ensure we never run out of stock.

Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for the entire crew.
