Maintenance Executive

A factory maintenance profile (technician or engineer) involves installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and facility systems. Key responsibilities include minimizing production downtime, ensuring safety compliance, managing spare parts inventory, and documenting repairs. They work with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Documentation: Keeping detailed records of maintenance work, repairs, and inventory, often using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
