Management Trainee Sales

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Develop SCV Micro Level Strategy for the Region to ensure a concrete path towards achievement of the targeted volume and market share.Identify Model-wise and geography-wise opportunities in the dealerships and make the business profitable.Execution of plans for channel network expansion there by ensuring increased Volumes and Market share.Escalated cocnern management, part support Dealer Inventory management. Tracking and monitoring the FFT and BO, coordinating with sourcing team for improving this parameters..Executing various schemes, promotional activities, pricing of vehicles for the region there by ensuring competitive advantage.Ensure process improvements using various initiatives in order to drive customer and dealer satisfaction.Planning and execution of incentve for the channel partners
