Role Summary
The Change Manager drives successful adoption of organizational change and transformation initiatives by applying structured change management methodologies. This role ensures stakeholders are engaged, equipped, and supported throughout the change journey, enabling the organization to achieve desired outcomes and maximize value realization.
Key Responsibilities
•
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with project and business objectives including C&P, BTC, FBT and FBT Customer priorities.
•
Engage stakeholders and build strong sponsor coalitions.
•
Design and deliver targeted communication plans.
•
Coordinate training and enablement programs for relevant stakeholders.
•
Integrate change management activities into overall project delivery.
•
Monitor adoption metrics and report progress to leadership.
Qualifications
Education:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
•
Preferred: MBA or Master’s in Finance / Management for roles supporting Finance / Customer Transformation.
Certifications:
• Mandatory: PROSCI Change Management Certification or equivalent.
• Preferred: CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) or APMG Change
Management Practitioner.
Experience:
• Minimum 7-10 years in change management or transformation roles.
• Proven experience managing multiple change programs in global complex matrix
organizations
• Digital, automation and transformation background will be an added advantage
Skills:
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks and tools.
• Analytical mindset for measuring adoption and impact.
• Understanding of Finance Business & Technology (FBT) and FBT Customer
processes and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital dependencies and interconnectedness between
business processes.
• Ability to create a change management framework, identify the key workstreams
(and its elements) and build out a plan for each
• Stakeholder mapping, identifying roles and responsibilities for all parties and build
the RACSI matrix
• Ability to build and implement an effective governance plan, change impact
assessment and provide actionable reporting
• Project manage the change workstreams with clear milestones and deliverables
• Identify change related risks early and define mitigation strategies
