About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, hands-on HR Analytics Manager to lead a regional team in transforming HR data into actionable insights that inform decision-making. In this role, you will both lead and actively contribute - guiding the team’s day-to-day operations while designing analytics solutions, improving processes, and delivering high-quality reporting. A key focus will be transitioning production HR data into Vertiv’s enterprise data warehouse, ensuring scalable, accurate, and efficient reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and actively support a regional team of HR Insights Analysts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting across Oracle HCM or other HR data platforms.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using FDI, Power BI, BIP, OTBI and Excel, integrating multiple HR data sources.
- Oversee and participate in the migration of production HR data into the data warehouse, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Maintain technical documentation, manage reporting tickets, and follow up on requests and process steps to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct hands-on data validation, reconciliation, and analysis to maintain data quality and support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, HRIS, and HR Operations teams to translate business needs into actionable analytics, improve processes, and identify automation opportunities.
- Support workforce analytics initiatives, including headcount, turnover, diversity, and engagement, by delivering accurate, actionable insights.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree in analytics, data science, or HR/Business Analytics is a plus.
- 8+ years of analytics experience, including 4–5 years in people analytics or HR data analysis.
- Deep understanding of HR workforce structures in HCM systems, including legal entities, business units, departments, jobs, grades, compensation elements, and person/assignment data.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, including BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and FDI.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, RStudio/Python, and statistical analysis.
- Experience with data governance, validation, and reporting best practices, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and secure handling of HR data.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leaders and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, including Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Practical experience with advanced analytics and reporting tools, such as Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Power BI, and/or Tableau.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics or modeling techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud-based or scalable reporting solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR domain processes (e.g., recruiting, performance, compensation), with a solid foundation in data governance, compliance, and secure handling of sensitive HR data.
What You’ll Bring:
With a proactive mindset and focus on continuous improvement, you guide your team while actively contributing to analytics initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery and supporting data-driven decisions across the organization.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex HR data into clear, actionable insights.
Experience managing a team while actively contributing to analytics design, reporting, and solution delivery.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM, BIP, OTBI, FDI and Power BI is highly desirable.
Who You'll Work With:
You will be part of the HR, Insights & Analytics team, collaborating with stakeholders across Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Services, and HRIS to deliver actionable insights that support strategic HR initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of people analytics while leveraging advanced technologies and contributing to high-impact projects.
