Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Craft a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals and growth objectives post IPO.
• Drive Tenneco’s market valuation by maximizing investor demand and by effectively communicating the company’s investment proposition. S/he should be able to positively influence valuation multiples by through effectively positioning the Company.
• Calculation of returns, other income reconciliation & Compliances under regulatory guidelines
• Internal and external benchmarking,
•  Ensure adequate liquidity, cash management, optimum deployment of investible
• Work with the management team, business leaders, CFO, and marketing & communications team to refine and implement the company’s overall IR strategy, including creation/modification of the company’s strategic, operational and financial story, all related external and internal communication, scheduling of events (e.g. conferences, investor/shareholders days, roadshows, analyst days, etc.). S/he will also be responsible for ensuring all communication is integrated and consistent.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and press releases. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and providing accurate financial disclosures.
• Liaise with the leadership team and other business managers to direct the positioning of the company’s financial reporting messages, including the annual report, quarterly filings, and other shareholder materials. Work closely with the finance, legal, and executive teams to ensure alignment on messaging and strategy.
• Constantly gather intelligence and information in the marketplace and inform, educate, and coach the company’s senior leadership regarding the near-term and long-term economic and market developments, providing insight on the potential impact of these market forces on the company’s business success. • Having record / Data on the potential impact of business initiatives on the market and shareholders, and how to most effectively communicate these to the investment community.
• Provide Directors / Senior Executive and board members at the company with accurate and timely updates of the company’s positioning with analysts and key shareholders.
• Build investor confidence by communicating the company’s value proposition and growth potential effectively.
