Key Responsibilities:
Service Ownership & Operational Excellence
- Own end-to-end IT delivery and operations for SAP ECC modules supporting supply chain (APO, Faas, MM, WM, PP, QM, LE).
- Ensure system reliability, secure operations, and SLA adherence across procurement, manufacturing, inventory, quality, and warehouse management.
- Drive incident resolution, root cause analysis, and ongoing service optimization.
- Lead change and lifecycle management (enhancements, patches, archiving, compliance readiness) for supply chain systems.
Business Relationship Management
- Act as the strategic IT partner for global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Operations teams.
- Lead solutioning and prioritization of IT enhancements to support business capabilities like demand-supply planning, inventory optimization, procurement compliance, and production execution.
- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and support fit-gap analysis for business transformation programs.
- Ensure strong integration with upstream (Sales, Customer Service) and downstream (Logistics, Finance) processes for E2E process orchestration.
Innovation, Automation & Transformation
- Identify and implement automation opportunities in procurement, MRP runs, warehouse operations, and production order processing.
- Drive harmonization of supply chain processes across plants and business units to enable standardization and scalability.
- Enable seamless data integration with external systems and logistics partners via middleware tools like Boomi.
- Partner with data and analytics teams to provide supply chain visibility through dashboards and exception reporting (e.g., OTIF, stock aging, inventory turns).
Vendor & Partner Management
- Manage AMS partners and project vendors for delivery excellence in SAP Supply Chain solutions.
- Govern partner performance through SLAs, KPIs, structured reviews, and escalation frameworks.
- Ensure vendors follow compliance, cybersecurity, and IT governance protocols.
- Stay abreast of SAP roadmap (including S/4HANA Supply Chain innovations) and recommend future-ready solutions.
- Basic Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Information Systems.
- 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles supporting global Supply Chain functions.
- Strong domain knowledge in SAP ECC MM, WM, PP, QM, and Logistics Execution modules.
- Proven track record of managing manufacturing, procurement, and warehouse operations through SAP.
- Experience in integrated planning and shop floor execution, and interfacing with MES or external WMS systems.
- Expertise in middleware integration platforms (e.g., Boomi) and master data management (SAP MDM).
- Understanding of compliance, quality, and audit controls in supply chain systems.
- ITIL, PMP, or equivalent certifications preferred.
