Job Summary

The Sr. Associate, Procurement will be responsible for Managing end to end procurement of IT/Non-IT Products/Services for India and Global Offices of Synechron.

Job Description:

Manage Purchase Requisitions of Assigned Departments/Accounts and ensure procurement needs closed as per defined process and within the agreed SLA.

Maintain, Prioritize and Manage Purchase Requisitions, attend and resolve escalations.

Screening, Selection & registration of appropriate Suppliers. Negotiate most optimum price and other terms with suppliers.

Create of defect free Purchase Orders and contracts.  Negotiate and finalize terms & conditions for Supplier contracts.

Should have customer oriented approach while dealing with internal employees and external Suppliers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Science or a related field.

8+ years of experience in Procurement in IT/ITES Industry.

Good Knowledge of Office Productivity Tools Such as MS Office, Outlook, Power BI, Usage of AI Based Tools such as Chat GPT.

Knowledge of any ERP Platform will be an added Advantage.

Strong Working knowledge of IT/Non-IT Procurement Cycles, Commercial Terms, Contract Negotiations

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
